Previously supplying Singapore Slings for the Raffles Hotel, the True Heritage Brew company has now stepped out of the hotel’s shadow to set up its very own bar, or as they prefer to call it, ‘boutique’. Appealing mostly to tourists wanting a taste of the made-in-Singapore cocktail, it’s not hard to devise why this bar is situated at Clarke Quay overlooking another Singaporean icon, the Singapore River.
