Aside from the savouries, each set also comes your choice of plated dessert. There’s the Golden Apple, a tangy iced yuzu apple compote encased in a sugared shell that you crack open to reveal hidden delights and the Dark Chocolate Forest, a creatively presented dessert of banana chocolate gelato and pecan brownie. Pair it with your choice of tea or coffee and unwind to the tunes of the live pianist playing in the hotel lobby.
