Despite its name, this Korean eatery serves a lot more than just patbingsoo (red bean shaved ice) of which they’ve got different flavours (popcorn, almond, green tea, melon etc) served with or without red bean. There’s a savoury menu with signature items like Rolling Cheese Pork Rib (which sounds as Instagram-worthy as its name suggests), alongside Tteokbokki Jjigae (rice cake stew with mussels, pork or beef) with melted raclette cheese (yes, you read that right) and lighter bites like the Pork or Beef Kimbap. If you have to commit to just one patbingsoo, make it the Sinsa Patbingsoo where half a rock melon is filled with shaved ice, ice cream, cornflakes and nata de coco.
