Secret Lab serves up an alcohol buffet that goes on for five hours during its afternoon (12.30pm to 5pm) and evening (6pm to midnight) sessions. Unlike other places, you’re able to customise your own concoctions here – think choosing your preferred booze like vodka and tequila, adding mixers like lime juice and sprite, then including up to three liqueurs like butterscotch, triple sec and coffee into your creation.
