Founded in 2018, pastry chefs Germaine Li and Joy Chiam came together to realise their approach to French desserts with fresh produce and flavours by creating Pâtisserie CLÉ. Having worked in the kitchens of Les Amis and Joël Robuchon Restaurant, the pair are using what they’ve learnt to create unique sweet treats that include Noisette (from $62), a dark chocolate cake with hazelnut praline, or the special Orh Blanc Tart (from $42), which is a playful twist on the French Mont Blanc dessert where yam paste is used instead of chestnut paste. Orders need to be placed 48 hours in advance and deliveries are from 1-6pm.
