Serangoon BBQ & Curry

Despite the name, Serangoon BBQ & Curry is not in Serangoon. Instead, this little hawker store is in Sin Ming Road, where it serves up absolutely delicious nasi padang. What’s popular here is the signature BBQ chicken ($5), which comes on a bed of butterfly pea rice and two side dishes (free by the way) such as begedil, achar, sambal kang kong and curry vegetables. Just as delicious are the other mains, such as the signature BBQ squid ($8) and mutton rendang ($8).
