One of the new openings stemming from the multi-million-dollar overhaul of Clarke Quay, this new Vietnamese restaurant with an alfresco riverside dining area caters perfectly to the area, with a menu of failsafe Vietnamese standards from the deepfried appetisers ($10-$16) – including the top-selling Dui Ech Cheng Bo (deep-fried frogs’ legs, $16) – to a basic pho bo ($18) and selection of meats ($20-$24). Later in the evenings, there’s a nightly resident band belting out Top 40 hits. Note: the restaurant also provides a valet parking service.
