The real Ah Hua Kelong is a fish farm located off Changi and Sembawang. They specialise in farming certain local fish breeds and mussels, as well as harvesting flower crabs. The ‘crop’ from the offshore kelong is then distributed to their retail store, restaurants and other customers. At Ah Hua Kelong, it truly is a farm-to-table experience.
