If you’re looking for a brunch spot that is able to cater to different dietary preferences, Tiann’s, nestled within the Tiong Bahru neighbourhood, is the place to be. From brunch favourites like sausage & eggs ($28) to Korean-inspired dishes like Grandma’s bibimbap ($21) and heartier mains like pizza Hawaiian ($25) and Philly cheese steak sandwich ($25), this cosy establishment offers something for every taste bud. Whenever we visit, our go-to is the Signature Tiann’s Waffles ($24) made with a unique batter comprising almonds, chia seeds, eggs and rice. We recommend going for the sun-dried tomato paste and organic maple syrup topping for a nice balance of sweet and savoury flavours.
