Previously the original site of Catholic High School, this building near Bras Basah MRT now houses art galleries Art Trove and The Private Museum, as well as various dance and music schools. 

On the ground floor of 51 Waterloo Street are six murals by local artists Yip Yew Chong and Yuen Kum Cheong, depicting lost landmarks such as the old National Library, Odeon Cinema and National Theatre.
