The brains behind OverEasy are combining the Neapolitan and Roman styles in their twin Woodstone pizza ovens (Pizzeria Mozza uses the same brand): chewy and tender meets thin and crisp. The dough for each of the ten pizza selections (from margherita to Pistachio Pesto, $18-$26) is hand-stretched, made with soft-grain Italia Caputo 00 flour from Naples and topped with organic Californian Saporito tomatoes. There’s more to this outdoors-only, white-framed, red-cushioned The taste of the town: this month’s pick of our city’s most talked-about eateries and bars 50-seater: ten starters, five dessert options and 14 wines – mostly Italian ($12-$14 for house wines) – flesh out the menu. It’s also the first restaurant in Singapore to serve Kirin beer on draught. No reservations taken.
