All the buzz phrases can be applied to what’s on the menu here – “farm-to-table”, “sustainably farmed”, “ethically produced” – but we don’t deny the sincerity and finesse behind it all. Try salt-cured kangaroo ($32) for a definitive taste of the produce Down Under, or other gems like the Fremantle octopus ($32) and aged King Island beef ($120).
