Atlas Coffeehouse

Assembly Coffee gets a sibling café in the Coronation neighbourhood. Although Assembly Coffee’s hot food menu is relatively small, Atlas Coffeehouse offers a wide variety of dishes like creamy mushrooms on sourdough topped with poached eggs and smashed avocado ($21), and glazed salmon and a fried egg with crisped edges on soba noodles ($21). Assembly’s ever-popular waffles ($10.50) are also on the menu here, and Atlas has also introduced pancakes topped with passionfruit curd and blueberries ($15) to its desserts menu.
