Ellenborough Market Café

Ellenborough Market Café

Ellenborough Market Café jazzes up your typical international buffet in a hotel with a spread of Peranakan classics. This all-day dining destination is located within Paradox Singapore in Clarke Quay, which is perched right beside the Singapore River.

The sprawling 250-seater marries subtle colonial elements with Peranakan tiles, but what’s more interesting is the Nyonya feast that awaits: classics from laksa and chap chye, to kueh pie tee, ayam buah keluak, beef rendang and fragrant blue pea coconut rice line the table. Among the signature local desserts like cheng teng and kueh, it’s the durian pengat that’s especially popular with guests. Of course, we can’t forget the international and seafood selection as well. The buffets are stocked with plenty of seafood on ice as well as a Japanese station overflowing with sashimi.

On top of breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets, the restaurant also offers an à la carte menu and a Peranakan set lunch.
