Opened in 1998, the 24-gym is the brainchild of former bodybuilder Dennis Tew, offering quality fitness training services led by his passion to empower all to live a fit, healthy and vibrant lifestyle. If you’re into powerlifting or bodylifting, Dennis Gym will whip you into shape with its team of experienced trainers and extensive range of weights and stations. There are currently four gyms located at Farrer Park, Tai Seng, Jurong, and Tampines, with a fifth one coming soon to Balestier.
