Spanning over 30,000 square feet, Virgin Active Tanjong Pagar has six workout zones and three studios offering up to 200 group exercise classes each week. One of the gym’s signature features is the high altitude studio which simulates training conditions up to 3,000 metres above ground level. The gym is also kitted out with a number of relaxation and recovery facilities, including a Himalayan salt room, steam and ice rooms, and zero-gravity sleep pods where you can a steal a 20-minute power nap to recharge yourselves.
Virgin Active has two other outlets in Raffles Place and Holland Village.
