A stone’s throw away from Khatib MRT Station, HomeTeamNS’ new 21,000-square-metre, five-storeyed Khatib Clubhouse has opened its doors to welcome NSMen and their families to revel in its many eco-friendly innovations, and first-of-its-kind facilities and amenities.
A colossal playground for the young and the young-at-heart, “Singapore’s First Smart Clubhouse” boasts the city’s first indoor Player versus Player (PvP) airsoft arena, largest multi-installation indoor hub, and only indoor playground inspired by the Peranakan culture. It’s also the first clubhouse to introduce an eco filtration system for its swimming pool – talk about being sustainable.
Lock and load for TactSim where you put your marksmanship, decision-making and leadership skills in an urban environment to the test. The 765-square-metre indoor PvP airsoft arena is designed as an indoor tactical simulator that offers a range of realistic equipment and unique gameplay settings – think vivid security-related and emergency scenarios.
Alternatively, gather your army of adrenaline junkies for Adventure HQ. Spanning 2,800-square-metres across four storeys, the multi-installation indoor hub features a 233-metre-long roll glider, a 14-metre-long slide, a 165-metre-long artificial cave, a 15-metre cloud climb, and a two-tiered, 16-obstacle indoor challenge rope course. You can also unleash your inner Spider-Man on the various rock and boulder climbing walls.
The mini super troopers, on the other hand, will love the kaleidoscopic indoor playground. At 650-square-metres, T-Play Khatib is decked with a climbing slide tunnel, a sports pitch, a foam ball shooting arena, an interactive trampoline, a ball pit, and a ninja course – all designed to engage the senses. A collaborative effort by HomeTeamNS and award-winning Peranakan private museum The Intan, the playground is said to have taken inspiration from the Peranakan culture.
