Despite the evocative name, this is not a decadent oasis. Instead, Fragrance is about getting a bang for your buck. True, this branch of the local chain boasts luxuries such as a rooftop swimming pool, broadband access and LCD TVs with DVD players. But the rooms are tiny – steer clear if you are either tall or claustrophobic. And the hotel can get noisy. Still, the location is tough to beat.
